New location in Torrance.. corner of Crenshaw and El Dorado just south of Torrance Blvd. Super easy access with parkinglot. Florence Mak owner provided me with quick notary services very well versed with the paperwork, very efficient and professional. Really great to support a family owned business with Jonathan Mak her son making a duel strong team. I will recomend and looking forward in hiring them to manage my rentals.
When we selected a rental house, Jonathan and Florence were representing landlord’s agency. We were a little worried as the house we decided to rent was built in 1960s and chances were there could be hidden maintenance issues.
