This business ceased operations after the death of its owner (Hal Bates) in 2020.
Hal helped us rent a home in Colorado Springs for 1.5 years. He was prompt in responding to calls and never hassled us. When we moved out, we got our security deposit back in full. We look forward to buying a home with his help in the next few years. He is a family man and assisted ours greatly.
