Love this place! Quiet small gym with everything you could need.
I've been working out with Tyler for over 3 years, and my fat loss and muscle gain have been steady. I had back surgery last week, and it's amazing how good I feel despite having such an invasive procedure done. Learning to log roll and push up with my arms to get out of bed? Nice, private gym where you can focus on your workout without a lot of distractions, and go on your own time. Great people and atmosphere. Tyler is really good at adjusting workouts to help you progress around physical limitations. Wouldn't want to train elsewhere.
