I have gone to this facility for a few years and in the beginning I was treated so kind they felt like family. I recently had to reregister to continue services no problem. Since this time its a disaster. Called in for refills on my meds over a week ago and still not filled because computer down, however she could see that i havnt seen Doc Steve and could send message to Tracy! I have been a patient there for 5 years, never had any issues. Was refused one of my asthma medications that I use every single day to keep my asthma under control and am refused it because I need to re-register. I understand that there are policies, if I would have been informed in advance that this needed to be done I would not have to worry about if I'm going to land in the ER for a bad asthma attack.
