Drove 30 minutes to my apt. Literally called right before driving to make sure the apt was confirmed. Once I got there the same person that confirmed my apt, a guy scrolling through his phone, told me the doctor had been sick and did not show up today. Very unprofessional, just wasted my time and didnt even have the decency to let me know ahead of time. All i got in response was, When would i want to reschedule. Unbelievable.
Dr Tolbert is great, very caring and genuinely wants to chat each time. I recommend him each time and always tries to ease up my pain.
Dr. Pang was very nice and explained everything before he proceeded. I was a little scared because I had never been to a chiropractor before but I was desperate to rid my body of the pain… I’m looking forward to getting back to being able to be without this pain.
