Although the Dr's and staff are really terrific Ranchos office is a mess. This office and one in east vail are not franchised. They are owned by the corporation . The corporation does not have the Drs to staff both offices. So Ranho get closed for a day. Now, no Sunday visits either. Hopefully someone that can correct these issues will. One more issue... The corporation dosent answer their phone either..
I have always received good service from the front desk to the doctors, lately however, I have arrived to find the front door locked when it is supposed to be open due to “ lack of staff “. This is unacceptable, hire more staff.
