A second opinion was a must after going to her office. She did not treat or talk about my symptoms, but she wanted to do surgery. I did not feel in good hands.
I really like how she engages with her patients and is open to helping me seek alternatives to medication for my issues. She truly cares about patients and is a wonderful asset.
Communication is poor. I left the office not knowing anything more. She nor the doctor addressed the reason I was there. Very quick to do an endoscopy. Still know nothing. They preferred to call with results. No follow up appointment. I had to call myself for results that came from the receptionist.
Discusses nothing with you. Zero bedside manner. Makes an already uncomfortable experience worse. I left knowing as much as I did when I walked in.
She is absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time.
