Fairytale Florals created such a gorgeous arrangement for my Grandmother’s 95th birthday. Great prices, easy to order online, and delivery was incredibly smooth. Thank you for helping us celebrate her!
DO NOT USE!!! This place was HORRIBLE.. I purchased a flower arrangement to send to someone and it looked NOTHING like the picture.. I called to try to get a replacement and the lady cussed me up and down saying it was right I got what I ordered and she was gonna whoop my ass and all kinds of crazy stuff.. The flowers looked terrible and had gnats so bad we had to set outside.. Ill post pictures and you decide if I got what I paid or not..
I recently ordered an arrangement from Fairytale Floral through their website, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The flowers delivered were significantly different from what I had carefully chosen online. The arrangement I selected featured a specific color scheme, which was one of the main reasons for my choice. My son ordered me a food basket for delivery on my birthday, December 14. The delivery showed up on Monday, December 16 and was not even close to what was ordered. When he called to request a refund, the man answering the phone, said he would not be willing to issue a refund. Feeling absolutely ripped off, my son demanded a full refund and the man rudely hung up on him. He then refused to answer the phone when my son called back several times. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are essentially committing theft. I am out of state and ordered the gourmet basket for my father’s birthday. Item was not delivered on time and what was delivered consisted of a basket filled with apples. Please refer to the pictures below.
