My son ordered me a food basket for delivery on my birthday, December 14. The delivery showed up on Monday, December 16 and was not even close to what was ordered. When he called to request a refund, the man answering the phone, said he would not be willing to issue a refund. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are essentially committing theft. I am out of state and ordered the gourmet basket for my father’s birthday. Item was not delivered on time and what was delivered consisted of a basket filled with apples. Please refer to the pictures below. Further, the person I spoke to on the phone refused to refund my money, was very abrasive, and eventually hung up on me. Employee would not answer the phone thereafter.
