if i could put negative stars that would be my option. DO NOT waste your time here. over priced for the piece of crap quality, customer service , and time wasted with these people. first off , last minute they changed the date for my groomsmen to pick up their suits two weeks before my wedding and days before they "were going to be closed the week of my wedding because they were going on vacation" each groomsmen had to return to the shop 2-3 times because they had wrong sizes wrong colors , didn't fit and the shop forgot the... read more
My daughters quince dress was custom made here Nd i was fully satisfied. ..and customers service was the best...i cant fully express how much i was thankful for having everything right on ...
If I would give them zero stars I would. I had a bridemaid dress that was supposed to be a size 10, they ordered in a size 18. Two of our four tuxes were the wrong color (including the grooms) and then they lost his tie to top it off. WORST BRIDAL PLACE EVER!!!
Martha is so helpful and has a calmness about her and knows her stuff♡
I have Never had such a horrible and disappointing experience until I came to this place... the owner Martha has such awful customer services. They treat people with disrespect and do not give them the benefit of the doubt. I bought a dress which was wrongful altered and they refuse to admit it. I do not recommend this place at all.
