I came in last time for a gel x removal and everything went downhill from there. The guy overfiled my nails so much which lead them to crack and become brittle. It was painful to even put pressure on my nails after. It was crazy too that they used a fan to dry the polish instead of a uv light which is normally used in nail salons for a better dry. The towlette on the table too was so unsanitary. There were remaining of nail clippings and honestly it made me shudder looking at it.

I booked an appointment for 3 full sets of gel x for myself and my two daughters. I had asked if being finished by 3:30 would be an issue with an appointment time at 1:15 and I was told no problem. All three of us had photos of what we were hoping for, with one of my daughters being pretty detailed designs on each finger. I added a pedicure for myself so was sitting separate from my daughters, and when she was finished, came back to sit next to me looking so disappointed. Victoria is absolutely wonderful! She was referred to me by a friend. She was very gentle during my pedicure yet effective. I was long overdue for one. She pays attention to detail and did an incredible job on my French tips. My full set is perfect! I have never had my nails done so well before.
