Amazing experience. I had to see a dentist for an emergency tooth repair, and the clinic was able to accommodate me almost right away. The office is very open and inviting, and exceptionally clean. The process for check-in was seamless and I wasn't waiting long before I was attended to. The dentist inspected the problem area, and provided alternate outcomes for me to consider, for both short and long term solutions, and was ultimately willing to do what worked best for me. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff seriously need to go back to school to learn basic professionalism. Their scheduling system feels like it’s from the 20th century—they clearly don’t understand how a calendar works.
I’m very pleased with the service I received here today. I have been suffering with a toothache which produced an abscess on my gum. My regular dentist is closed on Monday and Dr. Khalil Samhat was the emergency on call dentist. I called around 11:30. Was given an appointment at 3:10 and the tooth was removed very quickly after the dentist had a look and began the extraction. Very happy would recommend Dr. Samhat!
Great experience for our family, I’m also doing my Invisalign treatment with this dental clinic.
