Fairweather is a great company! They are responsive and go the extra mile to ensure the job is done!
Bad customer service. I literally live across the street and my air conditioner stopped working the other day. Called them twice, it’s an emergency hotter than heck. Message said someone would call back that was 2 days ago. Know they’re busy I’m not dumb but they could have at least called back. I will tell everyone I know here not to call them as they are unreliable. Got my problem fixed from company in Santa Barbara who drove to Ojai. Now that’s Service

Our air conditioner started blowing not-so-cold air leading up to the July 4th weekend during which we expected some hotsummer heat. The number one thing an HVAC company asks when you're having issues with your AC is if you've been changing your filter, and we are really good about doing that faithfully every month so we knew it wasn't the problem.
