They were able to come out and diagnose then fix the problem with the heater very quickly. Office staff were friendly and efficient. Will definitely use them in the future if needed.
I have an old furnace that I maintain but I ran into an issue I couldn’t fix. I was very nervous I was in for an expensive bill. The tech that showed up was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly (cleaned an electrical connection) and had it working in under an hour. There was no fee at all (above the visit charge). Very pleased and they’re on my list of good local vendors now. Highly recommend.
