They charge extra money after you’ve already paid rent for no reason other than “concessions” whatever that means. You will receive three different rent amounts, one in the mail, one on the online portal and one from the office directly but they can’t explain why and expect you to pay it or will threaten to evict you. They’ve been “talking to their techs” for months about this issue and somehow haven’t resolved it. Terrible management. lots of criminal activity and the office refuses to get involved. also they have a pest problem they are not addressing. they have been advised of this. the new law kicked in this year about having to address the problem, but I don't see this changing.
Literally was just here and walked in and no one said anything to me. I even made eye contact with the older women with blonde hair like three times! I guess I wasn’t important enough and someone came in after me and they helped him before me. So unprofessional! Not good for a future tenant!
