I really enjoyed this place when I moved it, it is beautiful! After today not so much. Wednesday at 5 am I woke up to what sounded like water going through the wall, it was so loud I made a video of it and sent it by email to the office. If you are disabled STAY AWAY.. This is my second apartment rental in Lincoln who honestly believes that property rights OUTRULE ADA!!!! We were led to believe that this location would take care of its tenants but only if you PAY for parking. Doesnt matter if you have a DISABLED PLACARD OR TAG.. ANYONE CAN PARK IN HANDICAP parking and not be punished. No matter how much photo evidence you bring to them. If its not done on THEIR watch then it didnt happen. If you call the tow company that is advertised on EVERY handicap sign ... read more

Please don't rent here! I'm having problem w the ac of my place!
DO NOT RENT HERE!! I moved out in July and only lived here for a year. Did not break anything in the apartment, cleaned it as clean as it was when I moved in, and they are trying to charge me $500 FOR GENERAL WEAR AND TEAR... nothing but scum lords

As a current resident, the staff here is amazing, their maintenance crew is second to none and did I mention golf. Beautiful green spaces to get outside and enjoy, an awesome 9 hole course that is challenging and fun and the people here are friendly. I would have to rank Fairways at Lincoln number one for apartment complexes in Lincoln, hands down!
Do not move here This place is horrible. The managers are rude and they do not listen to any complaints. They lost our rent check and tried to kick us out even though they had to change they're policy on taking rent checks because they lost rent checks. You will have a high electricity bill due to poor insulation. We paid $200 every month. In the winter we had ice on the inside of our windows. When asked about this they told us to put something on window seal. When moving out they charged for all kinds of ridiculous things s... read more
