Do not fall for the niceness I got screwed over. They say they went in to clean the day of my appointment of signing papers. They said me and my roommate had a choice to see the apartment before signing no we did not. They just gave us the papers. When we saw the apartment we saw roaches and alive and dead and dust everywhere and mold and loose floor boards and loose drawers and it smelled bad. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT! PUT DOWN ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ANY UNITS AT THIS PROPERTY! THEY ARE INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES, SPIDERS, MICE! THEY STEAL SECURITY DEPOSITS & WHEN YOU GET YOUR KEYS & FINALLY GET TO SEE YOUR UNIT FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME THEY ARE DISGUSTING!!!!!
I moved to this apartment complex in 2019 and found the management to be subpar. However, things have significantly improved since 2020. Desi, the current manager, has made the complex extremely pet-friendly by providing conveniently placed plastic bags for easier pet waste cleanup. This has been particularly useful for me as I have a German Shepherd service dog.
