This is not a safe place to live. There is a lot of crime. I had a guest over and his car was vandalized overnight. Plus, before I moved in, my move in date was pushed out a few days so they could get my “new, stainless steel appliances” installed and all of the appliances that are in my apartment are old and black. Great place to live if you don’t mind your water being shut off every two weeks
RecommendedI've lived in these apts for 6 years and the property has improved so much! Bit rocky in the beginning, but I'm glad I've had a place to call home here. The office staff has always been nice and professional as well as maintenance staff.
Hellll no. Don't move here! look at their google and facebook reviews, THOSE PEOPLE HAVE LESS THAN 100 FRIENDS AND ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE UNDER 2 WEEKS! THEY HAVE A MASSIVE ROACH INFESTATION! STAY AWAY
I love living here. The staff here is very kind as well as professional. The maintenance staff here keeps the complex here looking very nice as well as make sure all their tenants are taken care of. The apartment complex also comes with security ,making it feel safe.

I have enjoyed living at The Fairways V for the last year and a half now. The staff are courteous and helpful. The maintenance personnel are competent and show up promptly even when emergencies arise in the wee hours of the morning.

I love living at Fairways V, the staff is so nice they know you by name. The Maintenance staff are out of this world great! I came home from running some errands and they were at my door ready to work on a ticket I had just put in.. All my ladies in the office go out of there way to make sure your happy living there. Great area very happy!

The apartments at Fairways V are really nice for the price. The location is phenomenal. Maintenance services are very good. The leasing office people remembered my name even though I only visited the office a handful of times. I have been here for 7 months now and have enjoyed my time so far.
