I recently toured Fairways and had the chance to meet Nay’Tashia. She was super sweet, informative, and thorough about the living options. Plus, the environment is so secluded and beautiful. People like Nay’Tashia really make the process of finding a new place to live — a true home — so much easier, especially with such resourceful leasing consultants!
I was considering applying for these apartments, but seeing all of the fake 5 Star reviews has me questioning if the property management / staff are truly as great and helpful and welcoming as the reviews lead them on to be. I can tell that there was an incentive of some sort offered for five star reviews. Will someone please review what it is REALLY like living at Fairways... Maintenance is wonderful
This was a great place and the staff is nice however this place is getting worse since the new owners have taken over. We were told after the place was sold that nothing would really change. Yeah right. There are too many redflags that make this place not a place to live anymore. Water bills extremely high for just one person , there were added fees to the rent, and no communication with the tenants. Also it can take days to have a simple maintenance request to be completed and request being stated completed yet it was not f... read more
