Honest Review of These Apartments- My experience living here was terrible, and if I could give zero stars, I would. From the start, things were a mess. I was told over the phone that everything was paid and I could pick up my keys, only to arrive and be told I needed to pay nearly $2,000 more before moving in. I been here for over a year now, I am trying to leave… the water bill is ridiculous. When I first moved in it was reasonable but now it just seems that I am getting charged for all that water that is running out in the street. So many bugs with those new lights they decided to put out. The staff and the maintenance team are very hard working people. It just ridiculous.
I recently toured Fairways and had the chance to meet Nay’Tashia. She was super sweet, informative, and thorough about the living options. Plus, the environment is so secluded and beautiful. People like Nay’Tashia really make the process of finding a new place to live — a true home — so much easier, especially with such resourceful leasing consultants!
I was considering applying for these apartments, but seeing all of the fake 5 Star reviews has me questioning if the property management / staff are truly as great and helpful and welcoming as the reviews lead them on to be. I can tell that there was an incentive of some sort offered for five star reviews. Will someone please review what it is REALLY like living at Fairways...
