RecommendedSo happy with fairway I’m pregnant and needed a car to fit three car seats in my mom and I looked everywhere for the Hyundai I wanted we found one here that was in great shape. Service Dept was supposed to call me back with whether or not I could get a rental since the service dept couldn’t get to my car until the following day. She made sure I realized that SHE would call me when she heard something. I didn’t hear back from her and since the dealership was still opened I assumed she was still there. Service department are a bunch of clowns. Scheduled an appointment a week in advanced, now today a day before my appt. I’ve called 3 times and been hung up on. Finally got ahold of someone and they never set my appt.
I purchased my Passat in NC.. My job transfer me to the Kingsport area before my first service. The service has been extremely satisfying..
I didn’t purchase my vehicle here, but they do all my service. The staff is always so friendly to me and super accommodating. I would recommend anyone who needs their VW serviced or looking to buy a Volkswagen, give them a shot. The friendliness of the staff goes along way with me!
We've purchased two cars there (2016 Beetle and 2018 Atlas), and its been a great experience each time. Joey is really there for his customers and always makes time for us -- even if we just stop for an oil change. They beat the deal we received elsewhere on the exact same car -- they even had it shipped from the other dealership to theirs so we could get it.
Service department is not to be trusted. I brought my under warranty vehicle there multiple times and was given a different answer each time as to what the issue was and why they wouldn't fix it. After riding with the mechanic the 2nd time in the car he finally admitted there was a problem and ordered the parts. However he also proceeded to tell me that their computer couldn't connect to my car because of a tracker I had plugged into the OBD port that ruined one of the pins and they needed $217 to fix that.
