I had a tour scheduled for this morning, I called before to confirm it was all set. I showed up and no one was there. I waited for almost 30 minutes outside of the door under the heat. I tried calling all the numbers listed on the door and on the website, nothing. I drove 30 minutes for the tour, and tried calling 4 different numbers but no one answered. Extremely upset with their lack of professionalism.
Bad roach and bug problem. They also never clean the gym and street parking is horrible. This is for sure the ghetto part of San Ramon. Can’t not find any good things to say about this place.
I’ve never seen more of a bug issue in any other place I’ve lived in. Fat roaches and pincher bugs everywhereeee!!! Not being dramatic at all. And occasional crickets enter your home too. And at one point there was a rat stuck in our vents for weeks. Yet we still have to pay for terminator services every month. The units themselves appear to be in decent shape… but the place is overall poorly built. It’s like we all live in mobile homes. Upstairs floors creak like no other. The manager is a complete joke. Keeps harassing me and my little brother always has a problem with something these apartments have no chill we will definitely be moving out when our lease is over
Leasing office and maintenance guys are very prompt and helpful.
