A Great place to live. I have been living here at Briarvilla for almost a year now and I really couldn’t be happy. It’s in a great location. I was worried about the train at first but they have great windows here so it hasn’t been an issue. The apartment manager Marie was the one who initially helped me and she was amazing. She is currently on leave and the woman filling in for her is Rachael. She has been so helpful as well. New Manager is awesome Ever since the new manager took over living in this complex has been great! I had multiple issues at my apartment that our previous manager never "got the time" to take care of, and this new girl took care of all of them in a timely manner. Very professional and always in her office during work hours (the old manager was never there!), she actually listens and cares about what I have to say, takes my complaints serious. Management do not follow through People have dogs do not clean up after them including the sidewalks there is a leash law dogs running around loosely The office staff don't follow through of the rule they hand out to the tenants
not child friendly After living here for a while I have had many times where my child and grand children have been told that playing in the open grass area is not allowed. No bikes, no skates no balls of any kind. I was told that if they want to play outside they need to go to a park
Fairview Apartments Good rental rate, for Anaheim. Perfect if you have pets. Very pet friendly. But some residents can not control their dog(s) and let them run off leash. Management will respond to this issue, so let them know which apartment or carport space the offender is in. Child friendly with management having no problems with letting the kids play on the grass. Not that bad. Staying for the past 3 years I would like to give this apartment above average rating based on my last 3 year stay in this complex. First let me get you the PROS: The apartment management is very friendly and always available for any inquiries. The maintenance team is very good and they do any service request with 24 hours. Fairway Village Apartments Anaheim My husband and I have lived here almost 4 years, and have never had any major problems. The complex is very clean, and well maintained, gated community and is very safe. There is a nice heated pool in one of the courtyards that is always kept clean. They are also very pet friendly. Rent is a little on the high side in my opinion, but not to far off the market.
Best bang for your buck The management staff here is wonderful. we moved here just 1 week ago when we sold my house due to my father passing away in the house it was getting to us the day we were suppose to move into our new apartment somewhere else the manager told us that the old people renewed their lease and she couldn't help us this put us in a bind the truck was loaded and and no where to move it I gave mike and nikky a call at La madera apartments and they went out of their way to help us out and even gave us a wonder... read more
