Fairview Apartments Good rental rate, for Anaheim. Perfect if you have pets. Very pet friendly. But some residents can not control their dog(s) and let them run off leash. Management will respond to this issue, so let them know which apartment or carport space the offender is in. Child friendly with management having no problems with letting the kids play on the grass. Fairway Village Apartments Anaheim My husband and I have lived here almost 4 years, and have never had any major problems. The complex is very clean, and well maintained, gated community and is very safe. There is a nice heated pool in one of the courtyards that is always kept clean. They are also very pet friendly. Rent is a little on the high side in my opinion, but not to far off the market.
