I will start by saying these bad reviews from years ago or 6 months ago and far from the truth of this place. Jennifer has been here for a LONG TIME, with a great staff. she worked very hard to get the homeless out of this area with the help of the governor and police staff. this property is safe, on site security at night. If anyone is looking for a decent apartment, I would suggest Fairway. I have been a tenant for quite some time and have to say even though the buildings are older, the manager and maintenance guys have done a lot to update and definitely care about their tenants. My manager is REALLY nice and always takes the extra time to help those looking for an apartment. Very nice and professional staff. Any problems are addressed right away.
I do not recommend these apartments, if you do not want more stress in your life, do not move here. Aside from the rent, they charge you for several services that they do not provide, you can find yourself in the stairs or in the hallway at any time a homeless person or a drug addict, doing drugs, you pay for security that you do not have and you will never see them, they tell you that security works until dawn and you can stay up all night, that you will not see them, mice in abundance, you pay for pest service and you will... read more
