I've lived here for a while, I don't recommend this place. Jennifer the manager can be pretty rude at times. She ignores text messages and comes in late everyday. Several of my maintenance requests have been ignored. I've had to fix things in this place that they were responsible for. I have dealt with two bed bug and roach infestations. My heat has been shut off in the winter many times. I've gone without hot water also. This place is in kind of a bad neighborhood. I will start by saying these bad reviews from years ago or 6 months ago and far from the truth of this place. Jennifer has been here for a LONG TIME, with a great staff. she worked very hard to get the homeless out of this area with the help of the governor and police staff. this property is safe, on site security at night. I have lived here well over 15 years. I have to say one thing they work hard for us. Answers phone after hours. work longs days for everyone. Jennifer will NEVER push you away from a problem.
