They are courteous. I do not have to wait long. I have never had a problem to return for because it was not done right.
Pros: complete repairs quickly. Mechanics will call to let you know what they find in a consistant professional manner. Cost is comparable if not less expensive than other shops. Had to have my alternator fixed and they finished in like 2-3hrs and didn't charge me some ridiculous price. The best thing is the lady at the front desk is such a sweetheart it makes it a pleasure to come in. Cons: nothing major. Resolution : will continue letting them take care of my cars.
I went to Fairway after going to Volvo of Charlotte where I bought my car. Volvo of Charlotte said I needed three new tires. Fairway actually examined all four tires, took one tire off and said here's your problem, they fixed the issue and everything is awesome now. I was ready to buy three tires and they only charged me $10 to fix the issue. I cannot praise there integrity and expertise enough! Thank you Fairway you have a new customer.
