Some perspective, which I feel is necessary. I reserve 5-star ratings for the truly spectacular. Went above and beyond to help a stranded motorist (me)! Traveling through Charlotte, hit object on freeway, flattened right side tires on my A6. Found these guys, called, they recommended a great flatbed towing service. Tires are fairly special, Continental 265/35/20, they searched and found them, drove an hour to pick them up, then balanced and installed same day. I went in there for an oil change and Fairway was wonderful. He got me in and out in no time. Fairway is honest and doesn't try to cheat you out of any money.He tells you honestly what work your car needs and when you will need it. I would definitely go back again. Pretty fast service considering I needed a couple different services done on my car. This place was recommended by my brother so I'm grateful that it all worked out. Great prices and timeliness.
If you're looking for a no nonsense auto repair shop this place is worth a try. You can't beat the price- they're not out to up sell and labor costs are the best I found. Depending on repair - you might be awhile- but cost can be worth the extra wait. Staff-Melissa at front desk is pleasant
People are nice and helpful
I rarely give 5 star reviews, however these folks deserve it. Good prices and great service. Yesterday I drove in with a nail in my tire, they fixed it in short order. I will continue to use them for both my cars.
Efficient, Affordable, and courteous. They didn't talk over me, they educated me and assisted me about a nail in my tire twice in the same month regarding two different tires. Thank y'all so much!!!
The owners Scott and Joe are very nice and friendly. They will take the time to answer any questions you may have. I needed to have my car checked out to determine if my front or rear brake needed to be replaced. Turned out I only needed my front set replaced! They got me in and out in no time (about 2 1/2 hours)... I was able to leave while they worked on my car and they called me when my car was ready for pick up. Reasonable prices. Quality customer service.
