My 80 year old grandmother has waited since 10/30/19 for them to look at her car so the insurance company can see if it’s totaled. They have cashed $5000 in checks and want more $ before they can look at it. Meanwhile grandmother has no vehicle to drive. Very disappointed, family has owned 5 Subaru’s 4/5 have been purchased from this location.
Had service preformed by Fairway Subaru today. Communication was excellent! Service Advisor , Patrick, understood my needs and made sure they were addressed. See u in six months!

Stolen item out of my car. I took my car there for some recalls because that’s where I bought it from, and they had good customer service on the Sale side. After the recalls were done, and I arrived home and noticed an electron device was missing from my center consul. I Call the service center back and told them the item is missing. they said they would look into it. I still have not heard back in over two weeks.
