These guys do an excellent job. Competent and professional. They accommodated all my needs while my recall work was being performed. They are top shelf.
Last Week, I took my Subaru in for it’s 60k service and a new battery. The price was about $50 less than I was expecting. At the same time we brought my daughter’s older outback in for a recall that I thought was going to take 4 hours minimum. They were done in 90 minutes and called her to tell her it was ready! They are polite and will work with you on your needs and they also offered us a loaner car even for her 10 year old Outback! We were delighted at the speed and the price. We are new to the upstate and will be back!
I had a great experience working the dealership and all facets of the group,
I visited Fairway a few weeks ago while traveling from out of state. I requested a 104,000 mile inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I was texted that my car was done. Upon arrival I was told that a tire had been plugged and I had an exhaust leak. No one could answer specifics on the exhaust leak. I texted, called and emailed and still have yet to speak with someone. It's been over two weeks. Nicholas is a very knowledgeable, kind and patient salesman. He went out of his way to find me the car I really wanted. Mr. Crocker in the finance dept. was very personable and knowledgeable as well. The whole experience was spot on and I’d recommend them to everyone!
Thanks to Howie Szczepanski for helping me find the prefect car (another Subaru Forester, of course!), under budget, with all the features I wanted. This was my first time buying a car by myself and I felt validated, listened to, and respected. Feel the love . . . Subaru forever!
