I bought my first Subaru last year, a 2017 Forrester. I had always been a Honda owner. I bought the Forrester for all the safety features and excellent reviews. Jason Price was super helpful in the buying experience. But now I'm super disappointed in the quality of service. It's so sad that bad customer service from the dealership and from Subaru Corporate can make me regret buying a Subaru. Took out Subaru in (which we love) had some work done to it. The day after we got it back there was an issue which they refuse to take care of. Subaru is a good companythis is just a BAD dealership.
Last week had a recall on my 2010 Outback they fixed the problem however the tech came in & told me one of my bulbs were out. I saw it was 3.00 for the bulb & 20.00 for labor I said no thanks i think I can do this my self. Bottom line just do what the customer came in for!
A great sales and service team who genuinely loves life and people. They are a joy to do business with! They seem like family and I often schedule time to chat with each when I come in for an oil change. Great cars deserve great people behind them, and Fairway Subaru's people are truly the best!
I have been looking online at the Subaru Crosstrek for about 6 months. I have also been looking at other brands as well but this one "speaks to me". My wife would never stop to look at one because she just new we would be hounded and we cannot buy just yet. Planning on buying in the next 6-8 months.
