Just purchased a used Carbide Gray 2014 Outback 3.6R Limited from them 7/21/18 and it was a great experience. Everyone was nice and inviting. All employees acted in a professional manner, even though we were in cramped quarters, due to construction/renovation on the building. Got the Outback I'd been looking for for a fair price. Kevin Chavis was excellent throughout the buying process.

We got the best price among three other dealerships without any haggling right off the bat! The sales staff was super laid back, super friendly, and super helpful. No annoying middle of the day phone calls from anyone. Just submitted my interest online, got a quote (which was a fantastic price), and the next day, we drove all the way from Georgia to get the car! I’ve already told three people about them and I’ve only had the car a few hours! (BTW - We LOVE it!)

I am now on my second Subaru and talked my parents into buying one as well. Daniel, Angela, Barry and Patrick helped me this past week in the service department when I had a busted tire rim and bearing due to hitting a pot hole. Excellent customer service and even helped me in talking with insurance to get the matter resolved. They also handle all regularly scheduled maintenance for me. I’m very impressed with their level of professionalism and fair pricing. Keep up the good work!

While I love my Subaru I found out today Fairway Subaru sales people and finance people are just as full of crap as every other car salesman I have dealt with. I have never bought a service contract before this one, and I have to admit the sales and finance guys did a great job of convincing me their service contract covered things that it doesn’t. This is clearly my fault for buying into their load of crap, and for that I am ticked at myself. I was clearly told that many things would be covered that I now find out are not. ... read more
