My parents have been buying cars from Fairway all their life it seems. Today I found out why. We were shopping in Hazelton and discovered we had a dead battery and a carload of groceries. We couldn’t get any road side assistance on telephone so mom called Fairway and within Ten minutes they were there with a jump kit and had us on the road. We took the car in for diagnostic to see if they needed a new battery and they told us it was just drained from Dad listening to music the whole time mom and I were shopping. first time ever buying a Subaru car. we bought a Subaru Legacy about one month ago and love it so far. Vinnie is a great salesman, and really took the time to explain the different features on the car which i really appreciated. I like that he stressed to come back any time if we had any kind of questions. the dealership also is very clean and inviting.
Showed up 4:30 on a Friday with an unexpected problem while traveling. They were kind, accommodating and even let me sit inside with my dog. Great customer service.
