waited 2 hours for an oil change and inspection. failed inspection because no mufflers. what were they looking at after they notice no mufflers for that long and then pay for failed inspection. great 45 minute drive to check out there service on a vehicle I bought from them with less than 3500 miles on it. I'll take it down the block next time.

No problems - got in, out very easily. No problem with the loaner -- and allowed me to keep it til the next morning rather than driving all the way back that evening. Friendly service and ended up costing less than expected, although the condenser should not have gone out on a 3yr old vehicle in the first place (wasn't their fault).

Just purchased my 2019 Subaru Outback which will join my wife's 2018 Subaru Forrester. I can't say enough about the Sales and Service Departments. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products. No high pressure tactics and they offer great cars at affordable prices with fair offers on your trade in. The Service department is first rate. I would highly recommend Fairway Subaru for a great deal on a New or Used vehicle.
