I had a really frustrating and disappointing experience with Fairway Packing. I placed an order for a 55-day dry-aged ribeye and coordinated with Ken, who told me when it would be ready. I made the long drive from Jackson to Grosse Pointe to pick it up after finally getting off work. When I arrived, I was told they were closing and delivery wouldn’t happen. I have bought some awesome meat from Fairway. This morning I sent an email on their website for an item not listed (bone marrow bones). Within a half an hour I received an email response (before 8:00 am) from Nash and by 9:30am I had a conversation with both Nash and Ken and everything is put put together for pick up at the Mack Avenue store this afternoon. Thanks to Ken and Nash for helping me out.
