I had a really frustrating and disappointing experience with Fairway Packing. I placed an order for a 55-day dry-aged ribeye and coordinated with Ken, who told me when it would be ready. I made the long drive from Jackson to Grosse Pointe to pick it up after finally getting off work. When I arrived, I was told they were closing and delivery wouldn’t happen.
