poor management I’ve lived her for 3 years. Used to love them! Then we got bought out. Ever since it’s been a nightmare. I send message after message and rarely hear back, I’m charged a bunch of fees and asked to provide proof of insurance over and over again. They constantly change systems and I’ve had to fill all sorts of stuff out. You call and they get an attitude. Ever since I’ve renewed my lease with this new company I’ve had a horrible experience. Good Place We have lived here for roughly 3 years. It’s conveniently located around everything that we need, it’s quiet, and well kept. Our neighbors are great.

Quiet community, lovely staff I've been a resident at Fairway Meadows since August 2015. The office staff is very helpful and cares about the community. Any issue is dealt with immediately and professionally. Maintenance is quick with work orders. The guys are too funny and relatable! Great Place We really enjoy this community. It is quiet and well kept. It is convenient and the staff is very friendly.
Great Community Visited this community recently. I really like the layout of each unit and the complex itself. The office staff were great answering all my questions (and I did have alot!). Looking forward to possibly renting here soon. The outside is very clean and plenty of room for everyone.
