Fairway Management manages our homeowners association. They have made many errors in accounting and it takes a long time to get them corrected. In the last year they double paid a $10,000 invoice and their response was we will get it credited back. They are so slow in returning owners calls. A poor excuse for a management company.
If you are a fan of sloppy record keeping and don't care if they ever respond to your questions, the you have found your management company!! Fairway will gladly supply you with vendors, but watch out for the mark ups!!
Fairway Management's communication with clients is extremely poor. I've called multiple times this week, left messages, most calls go to voicemail, I personally dropped in to the office on separate occasions and no one was there to answer my questions.you are redirected with false and rude info. no one cares about any problem that does not make them more. I have always had a positive experience when dealing with tis company. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.
The staff at this company will go out of their way to answer your questions and address your concerns. You won't find a better property management company in Brevard County. True professionals that know their business.
Great company. Handles people and HOA's with the uttmost respect. They will work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Top notch!!
Not as good as the other property management companies around town. Been a resident in the area for over 20 years, and they are most non-responsive. Nice people, just not a great company to hire into your HOA if you want positive results.
