I sent an email canceling this service on July 30th, got an acknowledgement back it was received. Then last week you came out, and I called the guy off telling him the service was canceled. You billed me anyway. Now, your trying to tell you'll be back to aerate and seed? What kind of service are you running? I got laid off, my lawn looks terrible, and you dont seems to realize read your emails or take verbal face-to-face cancelations. Very poor service indeed!
