This is a great company! As a real estate attorney, I work with many lenders and mortgage brokers. Fairyway encompasses professionalism, efficiency, pricing, and closing procedure in a way that yields happier clients, faster closings, and happier attorneys! (not that many care about us attorneys). And then there's Marcos Bullock, who makes sure it all stays that way. Make sure you talk to him if you're shopping before you commit to anyone else.
David handled our mortgage from start to finish with very few bumps. After the recession, the new guidelines, red tape and paperwork made purchasing a home miserable at times, however none of these things had anything to do with David. David made the mortgage process as smooth and quick as could be given the circumstances.
