Working with David and the Fairway team to close on my first home was an excellent experience. Even with delays on the sellers side with getting the home appraisal ready, David was able to ensure that I closed on time. I also greatly appreciated the ability to pay a mortgage insurance premium to eliminate that from my monthly payment. No other lenders had offered this to me. I would highly recommend the Fairway team to folks looking to buy a home in the area.
