I read good reviews on Fairway so I was happy to have them for my home loan. Before my first payment was due it got sold to Green Tree and their reviews are awful!!
Worst lenders ever! I didn't even use this company my buyers did and it's been a horrible experience. I don't recommend using them unless you want to spend months waiting on them to figure out what they are doing.
Terrible customer service. I refinanced about a year ago with a VA loan and all I can say is their service is terrible, but they will gladly take your money. I've never talked to the same person twice and they never can help me with my needs. When you email them it goes into a group email to their support team and you're lucky if you get a response. I'm due a refund of my escrow account due to a tax exemption and all I get is the runaround. Please take my advice and don't get a loan with this company you will not be satisfie... read more
Mack Humphrey and his team out of the Denver office were fantastic!! Mack & Debbie were always in touch during the entire process. Mack's "no nonsense" approach and his excellent customer experience skills allowed me to get a good sense of what was going on in the market & make an educated assesment regarding my Refi.
Very bad services.. recommending do not use these loan officers. They are failed to give loan updates.

Barry Peters pushed all the proper buttons to not only help me close on a house in a crunch, but got me a loan where no one else could!! Because of him and his team I am a homeowner at 21 years old. He was there for every question, responded to my 3 am emails of concerns, and was on top of every piece of paperwork that I needed. He even helped me get some extra help where I qualified and I wholeheartedly believe that is why I was able to accomplish what I did.
