Katherine Libid was our loan officer. She was very knowledgeable and watched the market knowing when it was going to be the best time to lock a rate. She was readily available to answer any question. Very professional.

Frustrating and stressful - days in between contact during the most critical loan times; we had a week of silence at one point. Everything was put to the last minute and then a scramble would ensue. Due to the last minute scramble we essentially had to do their job for them ON ESCROW CLOSING DAY because they decided that verifying employment on a Friday WITHOUT a point of contact, or any previous contact, with my employer was the best plan.
