I never had to end a day and wonder what was the status of an active open item, she would call before the close of business to let me know if we had completed or would continue to work on it the next day. We have worked with Mike Z**** at Fairway several times to refinance our home over the years, and each time has been great! He is very knowledgeable and always quick to answer any questions or concerns and give advice on the best way forward. While we don't currently have any plans to refinance again we would highly recommend him to anyone who is!
