Fairway Independent Mortgage Company was the best. We've moved 16 times and been through plenty of home buying experiences with mortgage companies for new construction and existing homes. Fairway is in a class by themselves in our opinion . We purchased a second home - about 3 miles from our current home -- and during the process they were always communicating with us. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions for Kevin F*******. The questions escalated once we found a home that was a little over my planned budget.
