We had excellent communication throughout the loan process. We asked for a short loan period which included over the holidays of Christmas and New Years and we actually closed 2 days earlier than we asked for. We got exactly the rate we were quoted at the start of the process. While it was not easy getting through all the conditions requested by the underwriters, we were assisted throughout the process by our loan office and several other people in the office up to the branch manager!

Vlad and his team made closing on a home so easy. He was so patient with me, responding quickly and explaining everything I had questions with. He even went out of his way to stop at my place to get a form signed that needed to be redone and submitted that same day when he found that I would not be able to get it easily and quickly done myself. This team is fantastic! I would definitely work with them again!

I've worked with Fairway for the last few years. Easily the best mortgage lender I've ever worked with. Good customer service, well organized, easy to pay and get information online, etc. I recently completed a refinance and stayed with Fairway through it because my loan officer Deb informed me I was eligible for a better rate. The process was pretty easy, although BECU cost us 6 weeks due to a backup in their sublimation department.
