Deb and her team worked so hard to get us taken care of and to closing on time in a dificult situation. We had more than a few bumps along the way and Deb was always available to help me understand the process and give me peace of mind. This industry has been crazy busy for the last few months, but nothing was dropped and things moved along as quickly as possible. From start to finish, Mike B was friendly, clear, and patient, while also being efficient. These qualities were especially appreciated as a first time homebuyer. I also liked Fairway's balance of phone, email, and portal communication. It made it easier for me to respond timely while still balancing the demands of work and family. The electronic application and electronic closing were also great.
