**** and his team are wonderful to work with, even with the current challenges in this market we had an exceptional experience. Courteous, professional, and very personable; **** and the Fairway team made us feel very confident and relaxed. We were able to find a great house and close a week early! **** was critical in getting us over the finish line and kept a smile on his face (and ours) during the entire process.

Though I was warned in the past, but I disbelieved by trusting in the shallow promises of other popular mortgage lenders. Until the likes of ********** Mortgage badly disappointed me in just 2 days to closing on the first home I couldve bought. Fairway was the best at communication from "under contract" to closing, even with the real estate market boom in 2021 keeping them insanely busy. Our loan officer was always a quick phone call away!
