We worked with Kim S**** Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and she was literally an Angel through the entire process. Ariana and her team are phenomenal at what they do. Ariana is incredibly responsive, kind, and quick to take care of any problem or question you may. Our loan process was quick and painless. Ariana and her team had such a great cheerful spirit and honestly made this house buying process easy, and that's a tough job being a mortgage lender. Never has a mortgage been as bad as this one. I have done close to 50 different mortgage in my life and this is the worse experience I have ever had . ***** never returned a phone in the 60 days it took. No matter how many times we requested to talk to her she did not respond. The first time I was able to speak to her was at closing. She continued to send emails asking for the same paperwork that we had sent no less than three times she also as us to sign the same papers over and over.
