We worked hard to improve our credit and fairway recognized this. We were denied twice by so called reputable lenders, with a credit score of 670, and were in a situation where our rental was going to be sold and we had to move out. With 2 dogs we couldnt find anything and we thought we would have to give them up. We have 3 kids and we are now living the American dream. Hard work does pay off and they recognize that.
