***** was EXTREMELY responsive. Shockingly responsive! We never had to wait more than a day for an answer, and usually we didn't really have to wait more than an hour or two. That was definitely the most impressive part. She's also really good at giving you the no-nonsense of what needs to be done. She speaks a language that makes sense to people like me who were doing this for the first time. I was never confused by what was going on, and she was very reassuring!
