Fairway IMMEDIATELY sold our mortgage to Flagstar (who is absolutely horrendous!!). This is totally unacceptable. As far as the mortgage process it was fair except for the some of the costs being higher than average. They "sold us" to a company who we NEVER would have used ... they need to have accountability for that.
