I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for going above and beyond your service duties. We did not purchase our vehicle from your dealership but we broke down in Mt. Enterprise, Texas and could not get anyone to deliver a part to our location.. After talking to Kelly, Zach, and Teresa in parts, service, they had a porter BRING the needed part to us 20 miles away on the side of the HWY!! THANK YOU .. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! we are running fine and on our way back home ( Houston)
I have a 2011 Ford Fusion that just so happened to have 3 recalls on it and therefore needed a rental car. The service department worked very diligently to get me into another vehicle seeing how a certain car rental place did not have any vehicles available. Every time I have dealt with Fairway, the service has exceeded ALL expectations, and I look forward to any further dealings we may have in the future!
Great dealership. No "sharks" or "pushy" salesmen. Truly enjoy these quality professionals. I highly recommend them. They take the time and diligent with all aspects of car buying. Plus there are no dents or dings in any of their vehicles! :) highly recommended.
