Do you EVER answer your phone or clear out the voicemail box? I have tried calling for two days for an appointment. Hard to decide to become a customer when you can't get the basics right. Actually...it is really easy...bye!
I've been going to their Leawood location and the new OP one is just as good plus much closer to my house. Will be back the next time I need new glasses -- the selection is better than any other eye place I've been. Staff will give you advice too on which frames look best on you, which was really appreciated.
