The staff were super friendly, and the doctor was extremely patient and detailed in answering all my questions. Highly recommended!
"Very poor service. I took my daughter to BT Labs because she needs a test for school. They sent me to their lab—okay, I went. Later, I called the office to ask if the results were ready, and they told me they don't even run that type of test there and that I should go somewhere else. I told them, 'How is that possible? They already drew my daughter's blood!' and they just replied, 'We're sorry.'
