These photographs are not of Fairview apartments but of the near by Country Club.(How is this not false advertisement?) The two are painted the same but our owned and taken care of in very different ways. Fairview, is not kept well. After reading other reviews I had to add; I can t find any up-grades? The kitchen cabinets are made of particle board, with very sharp, un-sanded edges and there is Not a dishwasher. Great management, covered parking, paid water and gas, ton s of space, awesome private decks, close to everything, I love it!
Great management, covered parking, paid water and gas, ton s of space, awesome private decks, close to everything, I love it!
Very spacious apartments! Nice kitchens with gas stoves. Also, management pays for the gas which is cool. I really like how the apartment is divided up. The kitchen has a nice island separator that breaks up the space between the entrance and the living room that is very nice. The apartment has lots of extra storage too, with a few extra closets. The bedroom has a huge walk in closet too. I really like the place. Very quiet.

I can t think of anything I don t like about these apartments. The kitchens are spacious, huge living rooms with private patio, great upgrades and ideal location, near shopping, college, and hwy 101, very quiet, nice and handy manager who fixes stuff quick.

the only thing i hate of this aparments is that the top floor aparments squicks alot!
